Shrimp and Corn Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz) cans cream of potato soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can whole corn
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Cut shrimp into pieces.
  2. Saute green onions in butter.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese with a little warm milk and add to onion mixture.
  4. Add potato soup (rinse cans with same amount of milk).
  5. Stir all together until well blended.
  6. Add shrimp and corn and bring to a slight boil.
  7. Lower and simmer for 15 minutes.
  8. Add more milk if needed to be the consistency of chowder.
  9. Season to taste and enjoy!
