Shrimp and cashew stir-fry

Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) chicken broth
cooked long-grain rice
4 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper
1/2 cup(s) diagonally sliced green onions
2 cup(s) frozen, cut green beans, thawed
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
1 pound(s) large shrimp peeled and devined
2 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger
1 onion cut into 8 wedges
2 tablespoon(s) orange juice concentrate
1/3 cup(s) roasted cashews
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Cook garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp hot oil 1 minute.
3. Add onion and 1/4 cup green onion; cook 1 minute. Add beans; cook 2 minutes. Remove vegetables; keep warm.
4. Cook shrimp in remaining hot oil 2 minutes. Add broth mixture, vegetabled, cashews and pepper; bring to boil. Cook 1 minute; Add remaining green onions and serve over rice.
