Prawns, asparagus, eggs. Easy, quick and absolutely delicious......
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups prepared prawns ( i think you guys call it shrimp )
12 asparagus stalks, cut into 1 lengths
4 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
salt and pepper
i teaspoon of butter or margarine, for frying.
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs with the milk. Season with the salt and pepper.
2. Melt the butter or margarine in a skillet
3. Add the asparagus and fry until soft ( 2-3 minutes)
4. Add the shrimp
5. Stir and cook for 2 minutes
6. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble, combining the asparagus and shrimp until done just how you like your scrambled eggs.
