Ingredients:
half lbs fresh shrimp
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tbs salt
2 tbs pepper
1 tbs sugar
200 grams of corn starch
and a kiss to the cook (ladies only)
Directions:
1. remove the skin of the shrimp
2. marinade together w/ a 1/4 cup of lemon, salt,paper and sugar
3. put some 1 tbs of corn starch
4. blend it till the shrimp covered all the ingredients
5. then roll the shrimp in corn starch before deep fry
6. serve with some any vegetables or a green and red chilli at the side or in the top and cucumber (pampa dag dag)
7. (any veg u like) (pampalande) and sweet chilli sauce.
