Ingredients:
4 pound(s) frozen shredded hash browns thawed
1 cup(s) white sauce
1 pint(s) sour cream
3 1/2 - 4 teaspoon(s) salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 1/2 bunch(es) green onions chopped
3-4 cup(s) cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup(s) cream
Directions:
1. Mix all ing. together without hashbrowns. make sure hashbrowns are thawed (or mostly thawed) then mix in with the rest of the ing. Place in a 13 x 9 casserole dish and top with crumb topping as follows;
2. CRUMB TOPPING- mix together
3. cube melted butter
4. /4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
5. Bake for 1 hr. at 325 degrs.
