Shredded Chicken Dip

This dip is great for all sorts of occasions. Goes well with tortilla chips, crackers or even strips of green bell pepper (to keep it low carb). Best of all... it takes 10 mins make! Generally I use canned (all white meat) chicken breasts, but it taste amazing with leftover chicken as well.
Ingredients:
1 large can shredded chicken breasts (or)
3-4 (depending on size) boiled & shredded chicken breasts
1/2 cup diced green onion
3/4 cup (real) bacon bits
12 oz. softened cream cheese (1 bar)
few drops lemon juice
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, mix shredded chicken, bacon bits & softened cream cheese.
2. Microwave on high for 1 min., stirring once at 30 seconds.
3. Add diced green onion, lemon juice & salt/pepper... Mix well.
4. Microwave again, 30 seconds.
5. Let set about 5 mins before serving - The cream cheese gets very hot!
6. Enjoy!
