Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8-ounce) granny smith apple, unpeeled
3 cups finely shredded cabbage
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and stir until smooth with a whisk. Set aside.
2. Shred apple. Combine shredded apple and cabbage in a large bowl; add mayonnaise mixture, and toss gently to coat.
