Ingredients:
1 box risotto (try lundberg garlic primavera)
8 oz frozen shrimp
Directions:
1. Make risotto per package directions. Halfway through simmering time, boil a pot of water. Add frozen shrimp and cook until they start to turn pink. Drain. Stir into risotto and serve.
