Shish Taouk Chicken Kebobs

This is a healthy recipe for chicken kebabs. You also can add vegetables to the chicken skewers such as onion, peppers, and zucchini. Serve on bed of rice, and pairs well with fattoush (lebanese salad).
Ingredients:
2 lbs cubed chicken breast
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow chicken to marinate for 2-24 hours, covered in the refrigerator.
2. Place chicken on the skewers (about 5 pieces on each). Grill for 15 minutes or until done, turning every 5 minutes or so. You also can broil these in your oven.
