Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes, diced
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a medium serving dish, toss the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion with lemon juice and salt.
