Sherry - Garlic Marinade

Yummy marinade, really rich tasting.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry sherry
1/2 cup canola oil
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
salt and pepper
10 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients except oil into a container, slowly add oil while whisking, microwave on HI for three minutes (or bring to a boil in a pan).
2. Cool by adding ice cubes.
3. Marinate 4 lbs of meat for 6-8 hours.
