Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) butter
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
parmesan cheese to taste
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup(s) sherry wine
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in a saucepan. Add sherry wine and boil briskly until reduced by half. Reduce heat and add cream and simmer for two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon warm sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
