Shepherd's Pie W/Lamb

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb, browned drained
1/2 cup peas (canned)
1/2 carrot (canned)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3 cups mashed red potatoes
1/8 cup sour cream
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. preheat oven 350°F.
2. pour cooked lamb into bottom of 9x13 pan and top with veggies
3. whip potatoes with Swiss cheese & yolk & sour cream.
4. spread over meat
5. bake 30 min or until potatoes are brown.
