Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb leftover meat
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup leftover gravy
1/4 cup parsley, minced
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt and pepper
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup kernel corn or 1 cup mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onion and celery.
2. Combine with vegetables, gravy, parsley, sage, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
3. Cover with mashed potatoes.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Sprinkle with cheese.
6. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
