Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon sugar-free syrup, any flavor
butter, to taste
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
2. Spray skillet with PAM.
3. Heat pan over low-mediun heat.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Fry for 1 minute, then flip and fry for 1 more minute.
