Ingredients:
1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 roma (plum) tomato, seeded and diced
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Mash together the avocado, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl until nearly smooth. Fold in the diced tomato and feta cheese.
