Shaped Dinner Rolls

Ingredients:
1 -16 oz. loaf of frozen white bread dough (thawed)
pam cooking spray (butter flavored)
soft butter
flour
12 cup muffin pan
baking sheet
Directions:
1. To make Cloverleaf Rolls:
2. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces then divide each piece into 3 pieces.
3. Shape each dough piece into a ball.
4. Place 3 balls in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups.

6. For baking, follow the dough package cooking instructions.

8. To make Fan Rolls:
9. Roll dough on a floured surface to 13 x 9 inch rectangle. Spray with PAM. Cut rectangle lengthwise into 6 strips, each 1 1/2 inches wide. Stack strips evenly. Cut into 12 pieces, each about 1 inch wide. Place cut sides down in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups.

13. To make Crescent Rolls:
14. Roll dough on a lightly floured surface to a 12 inch round. Spray with PAM. Cut dough round into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges, starting with wide end. Place point sides down on a PAM coated baking sheet. Curve ends to form crescent shape.

16. For baking, follow the dough package cooking instructions.

18. To make Crown Rolls:
19. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Shape each dough piece into a ball. Place one ball in each of 12 PAM coated muffin cups. Cut balls into quarters with kitchen shears, cutting almost to bottom of each ball. Spray tops with PAM.

23. Helpful Hint:
24. Serve rolls in a basket with a festive cloth napkin. To help keep the rolls warm, line the basket with foil, and then place the napkin over the foil.
