i made a fried rice with what we had around the house and it was so good i had to make it again.
Ingredients:
4 cups rice warm or cold
1 small onion diced
4 garlic cloves minced
1 tablespoon ginger
zest and juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 green onions chopped
i tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:
1. heat oil in wok and cook onion and ginger.
2. now add the garlic, rice, cilantro, zest and juice of the lime and the vinegar. heat through and add the green onion.
3. serve and enjoy!
