Deep fried chicken wing drummettes with a great Asian dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
1 package chicken wing drummettes.
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons chinese hot sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. Pat wings dry.
2. Deep fry at 375*F. for 12 minutes or until completely cooked and crispy.
3. Combine hot sauce and remaining ingredients.
4. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.
5. Note: May also be baked on a rack in a roasting pan at 425*F. for 1 hour, turning wings over after 30 minutes of cooking time.
