cambell's creamy chicken stove top style and lowfat. I use the 98% fat free cream of chicken soup, apple juice instead of oil. serve over rice or pasta
Ingredients:
4 chicken breast
2 cans cream of chicken soup (campbell's 98% fat free)
1 cup water
1/2 cup apple juice (1/8 cup worcestershire sauce also)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions:
1. slice 5 chicken breast before cooking them.
2. In a big frying pan toss in apple juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric powder and chicken. toss together and cook till chicken is fully cooked (roughly 10 minutes on high heat)
3. mix skim milk and 2 cans of cream of chicken soup till smooth and then add to chicken and juice in the pan bring to just to a boil and stir in pepper.
4. serve over rice or pasta
