substituting regular dressing for fat free, and reducing the amount of black olives. (depending on the brand of dressing) you can get the same great taste without all the fat and calories.
Ingredients:
8 oz fat free zesty italian dressing
22 oz (2 cans) shoepeg corn
20 oz (2 cans) mild ro-tel tomatos
10 oz (1 can) regular ro-tel tomatos
15 oz (1 can) black-eyed peas
2 1/5 oz (1 small cans) sliced black olives
Directions:
1. open all cans and drain
2. chop black olives
3. mix all ingredients and enjoy.
