A recipe that I learn from my wife's aunt Barb. Ingredients:
1 head lettuce |
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced |
1/2 diced green pepper |
1 medium onion |
4 slices bacon, crumbled |
2 cups ranch dressing |
1 -2 teaspoon sugar |
4 ounces shredded cheese |
Directions:
1. Layer first 7 ingredients in order given in a 12x19 dish. 2. Combine ranch dressing with sugar and spread mixture evenly on top of salad. 3. Sprinkle cheese on top. 4. Chill in refrigerator 12 hours before serving. |
