Directions:

  1. Stir together refried beans and taco seasoning mix.
  2. Spread mixture on large platter.
  3. Stir together cream cheese and chilies.
  4. Carefully spread over bean mixture.
  5. Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, and tomato.
  6. Refrigerate until serving time.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
