Ingredients:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sherry wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves (minced )
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 lbs chicken wings
salt, to taste
Directions:
1. 1. In a blender, combine oil, sherry, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame seed; process until smooth.
2. 2. Salt wings lightly. Place in a large bowl and cover with marinade; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
3. 3. Preheat broiler.
4. Broil wings 5 inches from heat for 7 minutes per side, basting once on each side with marinade. Makes about 20 drummettes.
