Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) sesame oil* or extra-virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped fine (1 small)
3 cup(s) zucchini, cut into 1 strips
1/4 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
2 cup(s) snow pea pods, fresh
5-ounce can(s) bamboo shoots, drained
2 5-ounce can(s) sliced water chestnuts, drained
14-ounce can(s) baby corn, drained
2 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Heat the oil, the saute the onion. Add zucchini, water and soy sauce, cover and saute 2 - 3 minutes. 2. Add the snow peas, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, baby corn and vinegar and saute 4 - 5 minutes. 3. Stir in sesame seeds, cover ans saute on low heat 2 - 3 minutes or until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
