This sauce tastes similar to one served at a local Japanese restaurant. It can be served with steak but also tastes good as a dip for vegetables or gyoza. Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons soy sauce (light is fine) |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise (light is fine) |
3 tablespoons water |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder |
1/8 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. It will seem watery at first but thickens up as you mix. |
