Sesame Spice Mix

This is the sesame mix I use to make spicy tahini cookies or Zahtar pancakes.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup black sesame seed
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in a spice grinder or food processor and finely grind. Do not overgrind or you will get tahini!
2. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
