Sesame Snow Peas: Low Carb (Food Network Kitchens)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups snow peas, about 6 ounces, strings removed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Toss the snow peas with soy sauce and sesame oil in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover tightly. Microwave at full power until crisp-tender, about 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.
