Ingredients:
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 shallots, chopped
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the oils, sesame seeds, salt and pepper.
2. Whisk in the oils in a stead stream, mixing until well blended.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sesame seeds just before serving.
