Sesame Noodles

Makes a nice side dish or light meatless lunch
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp. oriental sesame oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp.sugar
1 tbsp. prepared chili sauce with garlic (in oriental food section at grocery stores)
1 12 oz package chinese water-style noodles or linguine
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into matchstick-size strips
Directions:
1. Combine soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and chili sauce in processor or blender. Blend until well combined. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before continuing.)
2. Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain. Rinse under cold water to cool; drain well. Transfer to bowl. Toss with 1 tbsp. sesame oil. Add green onions and red bell pepper and toss. Add enough dressing to coat; toss.
