These are the most amazing sesame noodles you'll ever have! Its' best when served cold. Enjoy
Ingredients:
16 ounces angel hair pasta
6 garlic cloves, minced
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons olive oil, divided
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 -2 teaspoon peanut butter
sesame seeds
green onion (chopped)
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package, set aside.
2. Fry garlic in 2 tbsp of olive oil until a little brown or soft.
3. Add everything except peanut butter, stir until sugar melts.
4. Turn flame off and add peanut butter, whisk until it melts.
5. Refridgerate pasta and sauce seperately.
6. When ready, pour sauce over pasta, toss.
7. Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallions.
