Sesame Marinade

Mix with juicy shrimp or tuna steaks and leave to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking – delicious!
Ingredients:
1/2 ounce fresh ginger, peeled
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leave
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
7 tablespoons dry white wine
Directions:
1. Put the ginger, thyme and garlic in a blender. whizz for about 20 seconds until everything is chopped to a paste.
2. Add the sesame oil and vinegar. Pulse to mix everything together.
3. Pour the contents of the blender into a bowl, stir in the olive oil and white wine and your marinade is ready!
