MANGOS AND RICE
Ingredients:
2 cups vegatable broth
1 large mango-cubed
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 1/2 cup rice
2 tbls sesame seeds
Directions:
1. IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN MIX ALL INGREDIENTS
2. BRING TO A BOIL
3. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW, COVER
4. SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES
5. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET SET COVERED FOR 10 MINUTES
