Sesame Kale Salad

Ever wondered what people do with that resilient weird plant called Kale? They can do this for an excellent Asian-ish side dish that is packed with nutrients!
Ingredients:
2 good-sized bunches of kale
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon honey (the darker the better)
1 tablespoon (give or take) toasted sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Separate kale and cut ends off of stems
2. Wash kale thoroughly ( I recommend a salad-spinner )
3. Chop kale coarsely or tear up by hand into 2-3 inch pieces
4. Steam kale for about 1 minute, just enough to take out the bitterness; you may need to do several batches
5. While kale is steaming, mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well-blended
6. Remove and drain kale on paper towels
7. Toss with dressing
8. You can serve this awesome superfood warm or cold, and the longer you let it set the more the flavors come out!
