Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans
1 medium red bell pepper, cut in 1/4 inch strips
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions:
1.
Trim green beans and blanch in boiling water about 2 minutes.
2.
Drain and rinse under cold water.
3.
Place in a serving bowl with bell pepper and toss with remaining ingredients.
