Sesame Garlic Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 1/2-3 pound(s) pork tenderloin
4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) honey
1 tablespoon(s) dry sherry
4 clove(s) garlic, peeled and minced
2 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds, toasted
3-4 scallions, sliced on a diagonal
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for marinade and marinate pork covered overnight in the refrigerator. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill pork over medium hot coals, turning occasionally, for 15-20 min. or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 155F. Remove pork from grill and carve into medallions. Serve immediately.
