Sesame Fried Chicken (Baked)

Ingredients:
2 fryer chickens, cut up (2 1/2 lbs. each)
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
black pepper
1 egg
1 cup milk
shortening or oil, to fry
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sesame seeds, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper in a paper bag. Shake the chicken in the bag. Beat the egg slightly and add to the milk. Dip the chicken pieces in this and then shake again in the bag. Heat oil in a heavy skillet to measure 1/2 inch. Cook the chicken until golden brown. Transfer to shallow baking pan. Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350*) for 20 minutes. Uncover and cook 10 minutes longer to crisp. Make sure chicken is done before serving.
