Raw crackers that are not baked, but dehydrated at 110F for 20 hours. Store in airtight container. From Renee Loux Underkoffler s LIVING CUISINE .
Ingredients:
2 cups flax seeds
2 cups sesame seeds
2 tsp sea salt
2 garlic cloves
Directions:
1. Grind the sesame seeds, set aside, soak the flax seeds in 4 cups water, grind with the peeled garlic and salt, and add more water if necessary. Spread out onto 4 dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 20 hours.
