Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon hot chili oil (optional)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro or 1 tablespoon parsley
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients; refrigerate until serving time.
2. Mix again before serving.
