I concocted this recipe based on a store-bought dressing my parents use, and while I'm not normally a huge fan of sesame, I can't seem to get enough of this.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar, plus
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve on salad.
