Great for a picnic, potluck or tailgate party.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute (sugar substitute)
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 medium napa cabbage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
3 green onions, sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
Directions:
1. Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Add cabbage, bell pepper, and onions, tossing to coat.
3. Garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
