Sesame Chicken Wings

These are a great alternative to regular Buffalo wings,can be made spicy with hot sauce!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. sesame oil
4 green onions with tops,sliced.
1/2 medium onion,sliced.
2 garlic cloves,minced.dash pepper
2/1/2 lb. chicken wings
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Directions:
1. In a glass bowl,mix the first 9 ingredients.
2. add chicken coat well.
3. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours.,or overnight better.,stir occassionally
4. Remove to a shallow pan on a rack.
5. Discard marinade.
6. Top with toasted sesame seeds if you like.
7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees,turn over and bake about 20 more minutes longer or till tender.
8. Serve with celery and Ranch or Blue cheese dressing
9. These are SO good!
