Sesame Chicken

A non fried more healthy version of the take out version.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking wine
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chili paste
2 minced garlic cloves
3 chicken breasts
1 bunch broccoli
2 cups long grain brown rice
2 tablespoons toasted sesame (to garnish)
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into small strips and place in marinade.
2. Cook the rice using 2 parts water to 1 part rice in double boiler.
3. Heat pan over medium high heat and add a small amount of oil.
4. Stir fry the chicken to fully cook.
5. Add broccoli followed by sauce mix and place a lid on pan to steam broccoli.
6. Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
