Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken cutlets (cubed)
1 cinnamon stick (cut in 3 pieces)
1 inch fresh ginger (crushed)
1 scallion (cut into 2-inchpcs)
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup cornstarch
oil
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
salt
sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Mix chicken with next 7 items & let sit for 2 hours or longer. Roll chicken in cornstarch. Fry until crispy. Prepare sauce with remaining items, heat add cornstarch to thicken pour over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & serve.
