Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
4 garlic cloves, crushed, peeled
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions:
1. Put chicken in baking dish.
2. Sprinkle soy sauce on each piece.
3. Rub crushed garlic on each piece.
4. Sprinkle seeds over the top of the chicken. Cover.
5. Bake at 375F for 50 minutes or until done.
