This is so easy with great results! Sometimes I like to add chopped walnuts and 2 chopped up Granny Smith apples!
Ingredients:
1/2 c vegatable oil
1/2 c olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp white vinegar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
mixed greens
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 c grated romano cheese
1/4 c crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first 7 ingredients for dressing (makes 1 1/2 Cups dressing).
2. Toss with mixed greens and parsley.
3. Add Romano and blue cheeses and toss again.
