Self Basting Ham Loaf

Pennsylvania Dutch delicacy my husband grew up eating this in the PA Coal Region, I did not. I am posting this recipe at his request
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground pork
1 1/2 lbs ground cooked ham
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 small yellow onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper or 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup brown sugar
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, partially drained
1/4 cup mustard (i use spicy brown)
Directions:
1. Prehat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a cooke sheet with cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl mix all of the loaf ingredients well.
4. Shape into a loaf on cookie sheet.
5. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
