Another yummy cookie recipe. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups sifted flour |
1 (12 ounce) package hershey chocolate kisses |
1 (32 ounce) package confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375 degrees.
2. Beat butter. Add vanilla then blend at medium speed with mixer. Add flour mix at low speed until blended. Chill dough approximately 10 minutes.
3. Take the unwrapped kiss, wrap some of the chilled dough all around the kiss. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
