the too moist kind I made on a second attempt at a low-cal bran muffin.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup wheat bran
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 banana, mashed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup applesauce, lite
1 1/2 tablespoons molasses
1 egg
Directions:
1. bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
