Seasoned Potato Wedges

I found this in a land o lakes cookbook. it is very good.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
3 large baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
you can make a dip to go with the potato, if desired
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. in a 9 inch pie pan, stir together flour, parmesan cheese and paprika.
3. dip potato wedges into milk, then coat with flour mixture.
4. place on a 15x10x1 inch jelly roll pan ( cookie sheet ).
5. drizzle potatoes with butter.
6. bake, turning potatoes over after half the time, for 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender and browned.
